Track Your Order

Ordered something from Lhiyeb? Here's everything you need to know about tracking your delivery.

Step 1: Check Your Confirmation Email

As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll send a shipping confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

Step 2: Use Your Tracking Number

Click the tracking link in your email, or visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number to see the latest status of your delivery. Tracking information is usually available within 24 hours of dispatch.

Step 3: Receive Your Order

Most orders are delivered within 1–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the product. Larger items such as sheds, gazebos, and pergolas may require a scheduled delivery — you'll be contacted separately to arrange a convenient time.

Haven't Received Your Tracking Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure the email address on your order is correct.
  • Allow up to 3 business days from your order date for dispatch.

If you still can't find your tracking information, please contact us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
